Do You Accept Insurance?
Meeting Milestones OC is a private pediatric physical therapy practice. While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Keep in mind that every insurance plan is different, and reimbursement isn’t guaranteed. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance understanding how this works!
What Is the Payment Policy?
Payments are due at the start of each session, and we accept credit cards for your convenience. While we don’t accept insurance directly, our team is here to help you navigate invoicing for reimbursement if needed.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to stay on schedule and provide consistent care for all families.
What Happens If I Miss an Appointment?
We value consistency, as it plays a big role in your child’s progress. If an appointment is missed without notice, we do charge the full session fee. Thank you for helping us ensure every child gets the attention they deserve!
What Is the Sick Policy?
Health and well-being are essential. Please allow at least 24 hours after your child has been symptom-free from a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea before returning to therapy. This helps us maintain a safe and healthy space for all families.
