Evaluations & Consultations
Our pediatric physical therapy consultations and evaluations are conducted in the comfort of your home, focusing on assessing and addressing your child’s developmental and physical needs. Services include evaluating motor skills, identifying delays, creating personalized therapy plans, and teaching caregivers to incorporate therapeutic activities into daily life. These sessions empower families while fostering growth and progress in a familiar environment.
Developmental Screenings
Our developmental screenings assess key areas of a child’s physical growth, including motor skills, coordination, strength, and overall function. Using standardized tests and evidence-based methods, we identify potential developmental delays early and recommend personalized interventions. These screenings help children achieve milestones while equipping families with resources to support their progress at home, fostering independence and success.
Treatment & Therapy
At Meeting Milestones OC, we provide weekly pediatric physical therapy sessions tailored to address each child’s unique needs. We specialize in helping children with conditions such as torticollis, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, neuromuscular disorders, Down syndrome, and autism. Our therapy focuses on improving physical abilities through hands-on treatments and empowering parents with personalized strategies and home exercises. By fostering consistency and collaboration, we ensure progress continues between sessions, helping children grow, move, and achieve independence in their everyday lives.
Costs & Fees
Meeting Milestones OC is a private pediatric physical therapy practice. While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Keep in mind that every insurance plan is different, and reimbursement isn’t guaranteed. Pricing varies based on the type of service. During the initial intake call, we will provide a detailed breakdown of fees for all services offered.

About Dr. Marissa:
Dr. Marissa Sendowsky PT, DPT
Hi, I’m Dr. Marissa Sendowsky, a pediatric physical therapist with over 15 years of experience helping children reach their full potential. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
I specialize in working with children facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to complex medical conditions, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, neuromuscular disorders, torticollis, Down Syndrome, and Autism. My goal is to create personalized therapy plans that not only address your child’s specific needs but also empower your family with the tools and support to make progress every day.
I also have extensive knowledge of pediatric equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, standers, and custom bracing, and I’m passionate about ensuring children have everything they need to succeed in their daily lives.
As a mother of two, I understand how important it is to find care that is both effective and compassionate. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.
